Most patches are done same-day. Larger jobs (10+ ft of drywall, ceiling work) usually take a day for the cut + hang, then a return visit after the mud dries for sand + paint.

On standard interior drywall, yes — Michael fishes the cables down to an outlet behind the console so you don't see a single wire. Brick, plaster, or fire-block framing changes the game; he'll tell you on-site if it's in scope.
