Service Areas — Across South Jersey

Avalon-based. 29 towns served. From Cape May to Cherry Hill.

Michael works out of Avalon and travels across Cape May County, Atlantic County, Cumberland, Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington for the right jobs. If you're in any of the towns below — Michael's your guy. If your town isn't listed, call anyway. He probably still goes there.

Cape May County Primary

Avalon ⭐ (Home Base)

Michael is based in Avalon and works most of his jobs in town — from oceanfront shore houses to back-bay rentals. He knows the building styles, the salt-air wear patterns, and what holds up to a Cape May County winter. Most Avalon jobs get same-week scheduling.

Stone Harbor

Stone Harbor is right next door, and Michael spends a chunk of his year there. Whole-home door packages, beam ceilings, sunroom rebuilds — the big stuff. He'll handle a single squeaky hinge too. Same-week scheduling most of the season.

Sea Isle City

Sea Isle is a quick run up the island. Lot of beach houses with deck rot, screen tears, and weathered front doors — all things Michael does in a day. Tap the phone if it's urgent; he'll usually pick up between jobs.

Ocean City

Ocean City is a 30-minute hop and worth every minute for the right job. Michael takes on multi-item punch lists, repaints, and exterior touch-ups for the rental crowd between turnovers. Tight timelines get tight scheduling.

Cape May

Down at the southern tip, Cape May means Victorian trim, salt-eaten porches, and old-house quirks that don't scare Michael off. He'll work around the historic-district rules and tell you straight what he can and can't touch.

Cape May Court House

Court House is the inland Cape May hub — lot of full-time residents with honey-do lists that have been growing since the kids moved out. Michael clears them in a visit or two.

Wildwood

Wildwood rentals get beat up. Michael does the fast-turnaround work owners need between bookings — drywall patches, door repairs, ceiling fan swaps, anything that has to be done before Friday check-in.

North Wildwood

North Wildwood and Wildwood Crest are the same drive, same beach-town wear pattern. Michael handles the maintenance side: caulking, grout, fence pickets, screen repair, weather-stripping.

Marmora

Marmora is on the way for Michael when he heads north up the Garden State, which means he can usually fit in a job without an extra trip. Punch lists, deck repairs, exterior touch-ups.

Rio Grande

Rio Grande sits at the gateway off the parkway exits. Michael picks up jobs there often — doors, drywall, ceiling fans, the standard list. Call early in the week for the best window.

Atlantic County

Somers Point

Somers Point is a short hop over the Ocean City bridge. Michael takes on full-home punch lists there — the kind where you've been meaning to fix six things for a year and want them all done in one visit.

Linwood

Linwood's full-time-resident vibe means Michael ends up doing the trusted-handyman role — come fix this, then come back next month for that. Repeat customers get priority scheduling.

Northfield

Northfield is just up the road from Linwood. Same drive, same kind of work — doors, drywall, painting, faucets, the dependable middle of the handyman list.

Egg Harbor Township

EHT is a bigger swing inland and Michael books it for the right jobs — multi-day projects, deck builds, full repaints. Worth the drive when the scope is real.

Margate

Margate is a hot spot for shore-house owners who want it done right. Michael handles the higher-end finish work without the higher-end markup. Doors, trim, paint, repair.

Ventnor

Ventnor sits between Margate and Atlantic City — same kind of shore-house clientele, same kind of jobs. Michael books a day there and clears a list.

Atlantic City

Atlantic City work is mostly residential side-streets and small-business punch lists. Michael handles the practical stuff property managers actually need done.

Cumberland County

Vineland

Vineland is a longer haul from Avalon, so Michael books it as a half-day or full-day commitment — bigger jobs only. Worth the trip for full repaints, deck work, or multi-item punch lists.

Millville

Same drive as Vineland, same booking rule — Michael batches Cumberland County work to make the trip count. Call early to get on the next batch.

Bridgeton

Bridgeton rounds out the Cumberland trio. If you're here, mention it on the call so Michael can group your job with the next Vineland or Millville visit.

Gloucester County

Glassboro

Glassboro is the Rowan University corner of Gloucester County. Michael takes on residential work there — doors, drywall, paint — usually batched with other inland jobs.

Washington Township

Washington Township is suburban South Jersey at its most South-Jersey. Honey-do lists, full-room repaints, deck refreshes. Michael books these as multi-hour visits.

Sewell

Sewell sits in the same drive radius as Washington Township and gets batched the same way. Big punch lists are the sweet spot here.

Camden County

Cherry Hill

Cherry Hill is the inland anchor of the Camden County route. Michael books full-day or two-day jobs here — door packages, full repaints, deck rebuilds. The drive justifies the scope.

Voorhees

Voorhees is right next to Cherry Hill in the same drive radius. Same booking philosophy — bigger jobs, batched together when possible.

Camden

Camden city work is mostly residential side-streets and the occasional small commercial. Michael takes the right jobs that fit the half-day-or-better rule.

Burlington County

Marlton

Marlton's about an hour from Michael's home base in Avalon, but it's worth the drive for the right job. Most Marlton clients book Michael for multi-item punch lists, full-room repaints, or door packages — jobs that justify the trip and earn the reputation.

Mount Laurel

Mount Laurel is the same drive as Marlton, same rule — book the right scope and Michael will be there. Suburban full-service is the sweet spot.

Medford

Medford is on the far edge of Michael's range and gets batched with Marlton or Mount Laurel work. Mention it on the call so he can pair the jobs.

Don't see your town?

Call anyway. Michael probably still goes there — especially for the right job.
